Arcanapedia is designed to collect only the information needed to operate accounts, save readings and understand aggregate product usage.

Accounts use a chosen name, username and password hash. We do not require an email address, phone number or legal name for a standard user account.

Privacy-light analytics record completed readings, language, spread, broad acquisition source and an anonymous browser identifier. Raw IP addresses and full user-agent strings are not stored in these reports.

Reading links may be shared by the user. Anyone with a shared link can view that specific reading, so treat links as private when the content is sensitive.

Arcanapedia may display advertising supplied by Google AdSense. The functional cookie arcanavela_framing is a first-party HttpOnly cookie containing short hashes used to reduce repetition between readings; it contains no readable reading text. Google advertising may use its own cookies or consent signals where permitted by law and the site's configuration.

Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to Arcanapedia or other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to show ads based on visits to this site and other sites. Other advertising vendors or networks may also use cookies for personalized ads where enabled.
